2. PAYPAL is my preferred payment option but I am happy to accept Money orders, Cashiers check, or certified bank checks. Payment is to be in US Dollars only. Payment is to be received within 7 days after the close of auction. If payment is not received or other arrangements made within the 7 days, the item will be forfeited and will be put back up for auction, plus I will leave feedback and inform ebay as a non paying bidder.
3. All sales are final, be sure of the items that you are bidding on. I will reasonably answer any questions you may have to the best of my knowledge.

WARNING TO NON PAYING BUYERS
Because Ebay charges listing and final valuation fees, whether auction winners pay or not, I will not hesitate to issue a non-paying buyer strike to recover lost fees. Once I recover the fee, the nonpaying buyer strike will be canceled and I will refrain from posting any feedback, provided I do not receive damaging feedback and the nonpaying buyer is willing to terminate the dispute.

Like you, I value my Ebay reputation and feedback score so please be fair and I will too. Please do not bid if you do not like the price(s) or terms of sale. If you decide to bid, then afterwards do not leave feedback criticizing my shipping and handling fees, my pricing, or other terms of sale, since they are clearly spelled out in the auctions.

Simply contact me as quickly as possible and I will do what I can to rectify the problem. I try very hard to go above and beyond to get it right, but have no control over the USPS mail or other circumstances.

NON-DELIVERY CLAIMS
I ship via confirmed delivery USPS Mail so I can track all shipments to ensure delivery and to prevent fraudulent claims. Most of my customers are wonderful and honest people ( I have lots of repeat buyers!) but occasionally there are the few that try to ruin it for the rest of us faithful Ebayers! If you do not receive your item within two weeks of winning your item, you should contact me so I can trace your shipment. I generally ship 1-3 days within receiving the payment, and you will receive an email confirmation giving you the tracking number and information. Once this confirmation is in the USPS system, it will be your responsibility to take up the matter with your local Post Office and I will bear no liability in the matter. Sorry....but those few less than honest people I have encountered force me to take this measure.
