I have included stock photos so you can compare the two bags. This bag is brand new with red tag and the original plastic bag I received it in---includes the registration card, dust bag and all accessories.  Bag has a few  light scratches in the leather on the closure; noticeable upon very close inspection only (see pics)--repeated treatments of a good leather cream or gel will easily lessen their appearance.  Most sellers wouldn't even mention this but I always disclose anything that I notice.
