Returns accepted only if product was grossly misrepresented. Not for wrong size, buyer's remorse, postal service damage, etc.
Refund will be for purchase price PLUS shipping costs if it was my mistake. It is NOT my fault if buyer does not purchase shipping insurance and the package is damaged enroute.
