• All clothing items are NWT or NWOT unless otherwise stated in the listing. All jewelry is handmade by me unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please do not copy my designs. This is a smoke free home.
• If you receive your purchase and are unhappy, please let me know, before posting negative feedback. I am a reasonable person. I want my customers to be happy. I will work with you to resolve any issue. However, I can not accept returns unless the item or items have been grossly misrepresented due to my error. I will not take returns for items that do not fit. Ask questions about sizing before bidding if you are unsure of how sizes run. I will measure items if you ask.
• All new items are marked NWT in the description and are sold on an as is basis only. Again, Ask Questions!

Payment is expected within three days of auction’s end....If you need more time, let me know....however, this must be arranged in advance. If you do not contact me and I do not receive payment within the previously mentioned amount of time, I will consider you a non-paying bidder. Under these circumstances I reserve the right to pass along second-chance offers or relist the item.

I prefer PAYPAL but will except money orders and personal checks. ALL items paid for with a personal check will be held for shipment until said check has cleared the bank. If said check bounces, I will let you know. However, I will relist the item immediately. Sorry, but there are no second chances to send payment.

• I offer a domestic shipping discount on multiple auctions won and BIN. On clothing items I will add only $1.25 shipping to each purchase after the winner pays the highest shipping on first item. This excludes shoes, which will be shipped by weight only. Any shoes orders over 13 oz. are shipped by Priority Mail. If shoes are purchased with clothing, jewelry or other accessories, I will determine which way is the cheapest and send buyer a n invoice reflecting their shipping for all items. For all jewelry I will add $.75 shipping to each item after the winner pays the highest shipping on the first item. In the event that you are purchasing clothes and jewelry, I will ship by weight until 13 oz. is reached. After that, all items will be shipped by Priority Mail unless expedited shipping is chosen. All domestic buyers who purchase $75 or more will ship for no more than $10. All domestic buyers who purchase $100 or more will ship for free. This does not apply to bulk auctions won or large items that weigh more than 10 lbs. If you are unsure of your shipping costs, please contact me.
• International bidders should understand that rates to other countries can vary greatly. Therefore, I ship by weight and location, to keep costs down. CONTACT ME BEFORE BIDDING! This keeps misunderstandings to a minimum by making sure the bidder knows all costs up front.
• I also offer EXPRESS SHIPPING for DOMESTIC and INTERNATIONAL. Please contact me for an EXPRESS MAIL quote if Interested and I will be happy to accommodate you. Just so you know, domestic EXPRESS Mail is calculated by weight unless it is over 8 oz. All things over 8 oz. are shipped in the flat rate envelope for $15. International EXPRESS mail is $22 to Canada and Mexico and $25 to all other countries. With this in mind, the buyer should still e-mail me for a quote. I want to give my buyers the best rate for their country.
• If bidder wins an auction or BIN and they are bidding on one or more other auctions or BIN, send an e-mail to let me know and I will hold off on sending the invoice. When bidder is done shopping let me know I will send along an invoice with the adjusted shipping. Shipping discount is only available for winning auctions won within five days of one another that are paid for together and all shipped to the same address.
• I ship every Monday and Friday. Unless winner pays for express shipping the won item/items will ship the next ship day after payment has cleared.

Insurance is optional, but I highly recommend it. I am not responsible for lost packages that are not insured. I will always do my best to locate packages that are lost through the Post Office, but ultimately the purchaser is responsible for purchasing insurance so that packages are covered for loss.
