All sales are final unless the item is misrepresented. I try to provide detail for the items I sell but as you can imagine, it is very time consuming and I often forget a detail or two – so please ask for clarification.  It is also possible when relisting an item or listing something similar I may “cut and paste” some of the details and miss changing something in one place or another (so an item says both “king” and “standard” for example).  I try to proof my listings – but I have SO MUCH backlog to list that I am trying to be faster. Bottom line, if it isn’t consistent or doesn’t make sense – ask and I will clarify and update the listing.  As I am human – I do make mistakes.

I am also NOT an expert by any means on the items I sell – while I do sell a lot and I’m learning all the time… I often can only put as much as a know or as my research allows me to find. Often you may know more that I do and I appreciate the information!

Payment

Ebay now requires the acceptance of Paypal for all purchases. If you need additional time to pay - please contact me and let me know! 

Shipping

I try to get items out quick - sometimes the same day or usually within 1 business day.  Sometimes I am unable to do this, for example when I am out of town.  IF this is the case, I will notify you and give you the option to wait for my return or to have the item packed and shipped for me by a trusted friend.

From time to time I my offer free shipping – this is within the USA only! If you buy more than one item and any of them have a shipping fee, please request a combined invoice and I will only charge the incremental difference. I do not make any money on shipping – but should something seem “off” please let me know!  Free shipping items will go 1^st class mail if 13 oz or less and parcel post in most other cases.  When the priority mail cost is fairly close I will usually upgrade.  Larger items will usually ship FedEx ground as it is more cost effective.  Should you want to upgrade the shipping of a free item – please let me know and I can charge you the difference.

International Buyers

Many of my items are available Worldwide.  I think this is FABULOUS. However, there is no way that I can know how your country will charge or collect duties/taxes on your items and therefore cannot be held accountable for these.  I will work with you to ship the most cost effective way possible and to provide the Ebay receipt or necessary information to get your item to you timely.  I ship 1^st class international when possible and also take advantage of flat rate options. In some countries/ situations other shipping methods are required and I must adhere to those.  So if you have questions – please don’t hesitate to ask!

Feedback

Oh, this is a fun one! If ANYTHING is worthy of less than 5 stars – please let me know and provide me the opportunity to fix any problems.  I know 5 stars seems high – but anything less impacts the Ebay fees that I am charged and thus my pricing to you… I will ALWAYS leave feedback for you.  Also, please check the postmark on your items to indicate the shipping time – while shipping quickly usually gets your items to you quickly – the USPS times do vary and parcel post may take up to 9 business days (crazy I know!).

About Me

I am a mother of two young children and happen to LOVE shopping and hunting for great deals.  I may be the crazy lady waiting outside a boutique closing sale, or the one buying 10 of something I love before the sales people are able to put them on the sales floor…  Ebay is my outlet to afford me the ability to keep shopping and finding good homes for many of my purchases.  Many of my friends cringe at the thought of hours of digging for the diamond in the rough or the hours of driving from store to store and can’t possibly imagine spending their time this way (or just don’t have the time!).  I love the challenge! Please note, however, that I am doing this as a business.  I try to price my items with low margins so they will sell fast and allow me to cover my costs.  Sometimes my finds are better than others and you will notice that in the inconsistency of pricing, etc… it all depends on the deals I can find!  Often if my items don’t sell in a reasonable time I will return them to my suppliers. While I welcome best offers on some of my items (as listed “or best offer”– please be reasonable (for example – no $10 offers on $500 items!) so that I know you are seriously interested.

Because I buy all my items myself, they are all in my sole possession for quick shipping and answering any questions you may have or taking any additional pictures you may need!
