This cap is made for woman, by woman at a fair-trade cooperative in Katmandu, Nepal that supports the local womans community through scholarships and employment opportunities.They are paid fair wages for their work and work in humane conditions.

This hat has a rough, not itchy texture, helping it to hold its shape when worn.

There are numerous ways if can be worn: beret-style, up, toward the back, cuffed or un-cuffed.

Hemp and cotton both grow naturally in nature, and are hand-processed without using chemicals!

All of their items are hand made, making each one unique!

Paypal is preferred, but you may pay with your credit card through PayPal's service.

Payment within 24 hours of the end of a sale is appreciated; if not, I will send a friendly reminder.

Payment is EXPECTED no later than 7 days after the end of a sale.

All packages will be mailed no later than 2 working days after payment for your purchase (not counting holidays). I use the U.S Postal service for nearly all shipments.

Many of the boxes and all of the filler used to pack your item will be from recycled materials. PLEASE reuse or recycle the boxes and filler you receive. Your local shipping centers gladly accept foam peanuts and similar packing filler.

International shipments will be shipped Priority Mail only to facilitate tracking and avoid lost or stolen merchandise. Yes, I know international shipping rates are very high, but I do not set the rates.

International Buyers – Please Note:

·       Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

·       Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

·       These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

·       I do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit this behavior.
