Shipping

• All items are shipped using USPS PRIORITY MAIL which is tracked for our mutual protection.
• Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
• Insurance is optional on all items.
• We do offer combined shipping discounts. We offer a discount on shipping when purchasing more then one item.  If you are bidding on multiple auctions, please wait till all the auctions have closed. We will then send an invoice with the shipping fees adjusted. Combined shipping is usually full price for the heaviest item and a few dollars more for each additional item.  To qualify items must be purchased within a period of 7 days and paid at the same time. You must pay from the combined invoice which will be sent within 24 hours after your last auction ends. Multiple separate checkouts will incur appropriate shipping charges for each order.
• Please remember that we charge ACTUAL shipping costs only.  Do not give us negative feedback because you felt the shipping charge was too high.  If you are unsure of the shipping cost, use the shipping cost estimator in each auction.
• All items typically are shipped within 1-2 business days of received payment.

International Shipping

• International shipments are made by USPS Global Priority Mail. They are insured for the amount of the item with a cap of $75.00.
• WE DO NOT SHIP TO AFRICA OR SOUTH AMERICA
• International combined purchases: Price stated below for the first item and $13 for each additional item. Items must be shipped and paid for together. If items are paid for separately, we will be unable to refund the difference and give the combined shipping discounts.
• In transit shipping time is normally 5 to 7 business days (weekends and holidays excluded). There is normally 2 to 3 days for your items to clear customs within the destination country, and some times there are delays in international shipments for this reason.
• Shipping charges cover only the cost of shipping the item! CUSTOMS AND DUTIE FEES ARE THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSABILITIES. Please contact your local customs agent for approximate import fees, as these can vary by location.
• Please remember that we charge ACTUAL shipping costs only.  Do not give us negative feedback because you felt the shipping charge was too high.  If you are unsure of the shipping cost, use the shipping cost estimator in each auction.

Payment

• We accept Paypal (including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Ebay Anything Points, and E-Checks). We also accept, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks. Sorry we do not accept personal checks. If sending a Money Order, or Cashiers Check, please include shipping address and item number with the payment.
• We accept payment within 7 days of winning the auction. If payment is not received within the 7 day limit, your item will be re-listed, and we will file a non-paying bidder report with Ebay.
• Please do not bid unless you intend to pay. Non-paying bidders will be reported to Ebay and receive negative feedback.
• We reserve the right to cancel bids with zero or negative feedback (zero bidders please get our authorization before bidding)

Guarantee:

• It is our duty to insure that the customer receives the exact item that was bid on, in the condition that was stated in the auction. 
• We guarantee that all of our items are authentic and free of defects.
• All of our items are brand new in the box unless otherwise stated.

Feedback:

• Positive feedback is left for customers who pay on time and have left us positive feedback. As soon as we receive positive feedback from the customer, our system will automatically leave positive feedback in return.
• To avoid negative feedback, please do not bid on an item if you are unable to honor the bid price.
• Please remember that we charge ACTUAL shipping costs only.  Do not give us negative feedback because you felt the shipping charge was too high.  If you are unsure of the shipping cost, use the shipping cost estimator in each auction.
• If you have any problems, before leaving feedback please contact us and we will help.

Returns:

• Due to the fact that we are an auction site, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 
• We will refund or exchange the item only if the item received is not as stated in the auction.  In the event that we make an error, we will pay all shipping associated with fixing the problem.

In the event that an error is made, please email us at CJPS@embarqmail.com.  At that time we will issue an EE# to return the item and replace it with the correct item.  Please do not send any items back without this authorization, as they will be refused.
