You are bidding on a new with tags black swimsuit which I saw when shopping in our J. C. Penney yesterday. Our daughter, who is now 21, used to wear these sizes, so it caught my eye.  It is by

and is size 18 1/2, Girls' Plus.
This 1-piece suit is plain except for the pink and peacock blue lines which run vertically--very slimming--and a pink L Longboard encircled by a peacock blue laurel wreath in the center front.  The straps are 1 1/2" wide at the shoulder and are racerback in the back.  The after-swim shorts have boy-cut legs and are pink with white and black-blocked sides--again very slimming.  The suit is lined in white polyester in front.  Fabric is 85% nylon, 15% spandex, the lining and the shorts 100% polyester, with care machine wash cold, line dry.  Again, the best thing was the price:  this was marked down to $7.99 plus the 6% PA sales tax.
