Thanks!  This is a new with tags pair of dress pants from Investments in a 14S. They are the regent ST fit. Sits above teh waist with comfort stretch. Straight cut through hip and thigh. Tappered leg. Have a hidden side seam zipper. They are 63% polyester, 32% rayon, and 3% spandex. These are a brown like color. Waist is about15 1/4 inches across the front but will stretch and the leg inseam is about 29 inches.

IF YOU NEED ANY EXTRA PICTURES OR INFO PLEASE JUST ASK. COMES FROM A SMOKE FREE HOME AND ARE FREE FROM HOLES/STAINS (UNLESS STATED).
