IT HAS A TOP MAGNETIC CLOSURE & THE FRONT HAS THE KATHY EMBLEM IN SILVER TONE. THE BACK HAS A ZIPPERED COMPARTMENT WITH SILVER TONE LIKE CHAIN & CHARM. IT HAS A PATCHWORK OF SUEDE & LEATHER LIKE MATERIAL, VERY PRETTY.    

THE INSIDE OF THE BAG HAS ONE SIDE WITH THE ZIPPERED COMPARTMENT & THE OPPOSITE HAS A CELL PHONE HOLDER & NEXT TO THAT 2 OPEN COMPARTMENTS FOR ID/PICTURES PLUS YOU GET A MIDDLE ZIPPERED COMPARTMENT.  THE LINING IS A GOLD SATIN LIKE MATERIAL.
