IT HAS A TOP MAGNETIC CLOSURE & ON THE OUTSIDE TOP QUARTER IT IS BELTED IN FRONT, ON THE FRONT IT HAS THE KATHY VAN ZEELAND EMBLEM SURROUNDED WITH FAUX DIAMONDS & EACH END HAS OPEN POUCHES. IT HAS 2 SHOULDER/CARRYING STRAPS. IT HAS A BEAUTIFUL SATIN LIKE MATERIAL FOR THE LINING IN A PALE PINK.  IT HAS A SOFT LEATHER FEEL.  

ON THE INSIDE YOU GET 1 SIDE WITH A ZIPPER POUCH THE OTHER SIDE HAS A CELL PHONE HOLDER & NEXT TO THAT IS 2 CARD HOLDERS FOR CREDIT CARDS/LICENSE OR WHATEVER.

ALL HARDWARE IS SILVER TONE.
