This is a Kathy Van Zeeland White Lotus Double Top Zip Organizer shoulder bag that is brand new with tags and 100% authentic.  This vinyl bag has pretty quilted pattern and a big Kathy logo on the front flap in silvertone metal with rhinestones all around.  It also has a grouping of charms hanging from the top of the bag on the dog leash key ring, a zippered compartment on the back of the bag with lots of slots for credit cards and pictures and two separate compartments inside the bag with more slots and zippered area.  The white is contrasted with black around the logo, on the strap and on the bottom of the bag.  The inside is lined in a gold signature fabric.  The shoulder strap is quite long ( a drop of 21") and I believe it's meant to be worn across your chest which allows you to have your hands free.  The bag measures 10" x 7" x 3" and the MSRP is $79.
