SHIPPING:
Most orders will be shipped same day. However, due to holidays and unforeseen events, all orders will be shipped within 3 business days. All domestic and international shipments require insurance for protection against lost or damaged. With USPS International Priority Mail, up to $100 USD product value may have an indemnity coverage with no additional cost. International customers may request an invoice before making a payment or the difference will be refunded after shipment of the product.
TAX: We collect sales tax only from CA, USA residents. The sale tax percent is 9.25%. We do not collect any sales tax for shipping.
RETURNS: At The Outdoor Gear Loft, we would like all our customers happy. If you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number. All returns must be mailed within 14 days of shipment. Merchandise needs to be in original condition and show no signs of wear or abuse, with original tags attached. Upon, inspection we will refund the total amount minus all shipping charges (unless we had made an error).
ITEM CONDITION AND WARRANTIES: All Mountain Hardwear products are first quality vendor samples and warranted by TOGL (The Outdoor Gear Loft) for 90 days of the purchase from any defect or workmanship.
