We accept returns most NWT items, used items are all final sale. Items on sale or purchased using 'best offer' are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Contact must be made within 24 hours of the delivery date if you are planning on returning an item and the item MUST be received back to us in NWT condition within 7 days of the delivery date. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, unless the item is 'significantly not as described' due to an accidental oversight (in this case, we will issue a full refund plus return a shipping label), if past seven days a 50% restock fee will be applied. This is just to cover the costs it takes to process returns. We understand that restocking fees are a bummer, but are necessary for our small business. As a happy compromise we will waive all restocking fees for exchanges of equal or greater value. We want all of our customers to be happy and will work to resolve all issues. All items are double checked prior to sending and are thoroughly inspected for condition when listing. NWT or New with tags, does not necessarily mean there are manufacturer's hang tags attached. There might be a store hang tag attached, or a manufacturer's label/sticker attached. We try to ship every day to ensure quick delivery of all my items. International shipping takes place on Fridays or Mondays. Shipping cost is actual cost plus $2 per package to pay our shipper to package and ship the items.
