Returns

We have a 14 day return policy on all unworn purchased. Returns must be returned with all tags attached and in good condition when the merchandise is returned. Once the item is returned, we will refund the full purchase price minus the $10 restocking fee. No shipping fees are refunded.

*For exchanges, there is restocking fee of $5, and all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

You must obtain a return # before sending your item back to us. Please email us and let us know you are planning to send an item back for return/exchange, and we will issue your return # and give you instructions on how to proceed. Returns/exchanges must be received within 14 days of the receipt of the return #. Return #s are voided and items are ineligible for return after 14 days.

If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.
Defective merchandise is subject to inspection by iwanpants and if the item is found to be defective a store credit will be issued.
