Brand new with tags. Exclusively Misook Black pleated skirt. The top 7" is not pleated just a soft flat ribbed knit panel the rest is tiny pleats. A beautifully made skirt, flowing and flattering fit. Pull on waist.  
Fabric: 100% Acrylic; Machine wash.
