Item Description: NWT Monies Fashion Jewelry - Large black horn necklace with tassel enhancer. Tassel is make of multi strands of tiny black bugle beads.  Necklace is 18" long, tassel 1 1/4" x 6" diameter, beads around neck are 3/4" diameter.

State Taxes: There is a 8.25% State Tax for Texas sales. This includes items being shipped to Texas.
