They have a non skid   sole, are completely machine washable, have a ribbed cuff around the ankle - easy on, won't come off. They come in a reuseable plastic zipper pouch and are GREAT for daycare and Preschool -

 The size is for 12-18MONTHS - I have these in a few different sizes, as well as in Navy blue or sports ash gray .

They measure 11cm or approx 5" heel to toe
