About the new feedback system -

I would like all of my buyers to know that prior to ebay changing the feedback system my feedback score was 100%.  In my entire Ebay history and out of 4400+ feedback I have a history of only 5 negative feedback and 6 neutrals.  Now that Ebay is factoring neutrals into the score and only reporting scores based on a 12 month history my score dropped to 99.1%.  I am upset about these changes because I feel that this new system does not give sellers credit for an excellent, near spotless Ebay history.  I only mention this because I want my buyers to know that customer satisfaction has, and always will be my Priority!  If you have a problem with your purchase Please contact me and I will do everything I can to resolve the issue fairly.
