Payment Policy:
I accept payments via PayPal (which is preferred), money orders, and cashier’s checks. Personal checks are NOT an acceptable form of payment!
An automated invoice will be sent to the winning bidder at the close of the auction.
If you would like to pay via PayPal please use this invoice and the checkout system within eBay.
If you would like to pay via "snail mail" please use the checkout system within e-Bay, print a copy of the invoice and include it with your payment. If you are not sure how to use the checkout system and plan to pay via “snail mail” please notify me via e-mail so I will know your payment has been sent.
Buyers: If you are planning to mail your payments please notify me of your intentions as soon as the auction has ended.
Payment in full is due within 7 days of the close of the auction. If payment is not received on or before the 7th day I will file an unpaid item dispute with eBay and negative feedback will be posted to your account.

Shipping & Handling Policy:
I will ship this item via USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Post or UPS Ground as soon as your payment has cleared.
International bidders and buyers are welcome. Enter your zip code in the shipping calculator to obtain the shipping cost.
All items are shipped with a tracking number, the tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail as soon as the item has been shipped.
A small handling fee is included within the shipping calculator. This small fee is to help cover the additional costs of shipping incidentals such as: tape, bubble wrap, postal paper, shipping labels, etc.
BUYERS: Please calculate shipping prior to bidding, the amount shown is what will be charged. Please understand by bidding on this item you are accepting this calculated amount. We do NOT gouge and use this feature (the calculator) as a means of providing an estimate as close as we can to the actual cost to ship an item based on size, weight and zone. If you have questions, please feel free to contact me to clarify the cost PRIOR to bidding.
Insurance Policy:
Shipping Insurance is “Required” for all glass and/or other breakable purchases.
Shipping Insurance is “Optional” on all other items.
I am NOT responsible for items damaged in shipping; I will pack each item to the best of my abilities.
Sales Tax Policy:
KANSAS Residents must pay sales tax – this is a state law. I must collect taxes on all in-state sales.
Kansas uses the destination based sales tax system and therefore sales tax must be collected based on the ship to address. Destination based systems are too complicated for eBay therefore; I must manually enter your sales tax on the invoice.
ALL KANSAS RESIDENTS MUST REQUEST AN INVOICE
SO I CAN COLLECT THE PROPER AMOUNT OF TAX THAT IS DUE
Those who fail to request an invoice will be invoiced for the difference. The transaction will not be considered complete until all amounts have been paid in full.
Once payment has cleared, the item will be shipped.
Customer Service Policy:
All Sales are Final. No refunds or returns are allowed unless the item was grossly misrepresented. If there is a problem, please contact me immediately.
Return Policy:
The buyer must contact me prior to returning the item so we can determine whether or not the item was misrepresented. As stated above, we only accept returns on items that were grossly misrepresented.
If an item is to be returned it must be packed and shipped so that the item is received in the same condition.
- The buyer must obtain a tracking number and e-mail it to me so we can both track the returning package.
Once the item is received as agreed above, a refund will be given.
Please note: Shipping costs will not be refunded.
If an item arrived broken the buyer should contact me so that I may offer assistance in filing a claim with the shipping company. We do NOT issue refunds for damaged items. We offer insurance on all items at the checkout, if a buyer declines insurance then the buyer accepts full liability for any loss which may occur.
Feedback Policy:
Positive feedback will be given to all Buyers’ who complete their transaction in a timely manner; without incident. In order to help me keep my eBay business running smoothly I ask that you post your feedback comments as soon as you have received your item. I will post feedback after feedback has been received, this process allows me to know when an item has arrived and move forth and issue payment to my seller. So promptness is greatly appreciated.
Negative feedback will be given to all Buyers’ who fail to complete their transaction unless otherwise agreed. As stated above, I will file an unpaid dispute on all unpaid items, (unless other arrangements are made) so please ONLY bid if you actually intend to pay for the item.
