Measurements vary with each dress - because they are hand made!

There is not a CHEST/WAIST measurements for the Bishop!!
The material all flows in soft gathers from the Pleated and Smocked Neckline Yoke!!

LENGTH from highest point on SHOULDER (on hanger) to Bottom Hem:
3m = 14"   6m = 14 1/2"   9m = 15" (3-6-9 MONTH SIZES are SHORT and FULL!!)
12m = 21"      18m = 22"      24m = 23"
2T = 24"      3T = 26"      4T = 28"
5 = 30"      6 = 31" to 32"      7 = 32" to 33"      8 = 33" to 34"
GENEROUS 3 1/2" to 4" HEM!!

ABOUT BISHOP SIZING - Because the wonderful BISHOP top is not fitted, you have leeway in size!!
The neck is not tight (below collar line) the sleeves are not tight (soft elastic or smocking).
My granddaughters like them "tea-length" (just above ankles-sleeves come to elbows).
Some people like them mid-calf (sleeves are shorter).
Some people buy a larger size-turn up exactly one hem-let down when needed- for longer wear!!
Many people BUY THE BISHOP FOR LENGTH and not for size!!
Measure from highest point on shoulder (in back) to where you want the length to be.
