This is an awesome dress by ROUGE in a womans size medium petite. retails for around $60, 100% cotton. Empire waist with belts that tie in the back. v-necked front and a low square neck in the back. also has 6" wide elastic in the back so it has some give to it. it's hard to see in the pictures but there is colored sequinns and beads all about the front also. from shoulder to hem 37" and has a scalloped hemline. at the empire waist it is 35".  bust is approx. 38 to 40".
