These are my CONDITIONS and POLICIES:
Payment Policy:
- I prefer PayPal but will also accept a money order. Buyer must let me know within 3 days of end of auction if paying with a money order.
- PayPal payment must be made within 3 days of the ending of the auction.
- Communication must be made within 3 days with payment intentions.
- Buyer must pay shipping & handling costs.
- Sorry, I cannot accept personal checks.
Return Policy:
- Items are sold "as is" and are final.
- Refunds will be given only on items that were not as described or if I have missed something on an item. I do look them over carefully before listing but I could miss something.
- I do not refund for items that the post office has damaged; insurance is always recommended on all items. Most items I leave the option of insurance up to you. At times, I will post an item and include insurance (please read auction).
- I try to pack very carefully but cannot be responsible for damage by the post office.
- Please contact me within 3 days of receiving package to notify me of any problems.
- Shipping and handling is not refundable.
- If something needs to be returned, you are responsible for shipping fees.
Shipping :
- I ship to the U.S. only.
- I will combine shipping on items if you advise me and wait for all auctions to end and request an invoice. Do not pay without my invoice if you want to combine shipping.
