RETURNS POLICY:
We make every effort to provide a full description of our items and want
to make certain that you are completely satisfied with your Swisstiques
purchase. If you discover a flaw that was not described in the eBay
description, you may return the item for a full refund. In this case,
you must notify us within 5 days of receipt of the item of your intent
to return it, and provide a full description of the problem with the item.
The returned item must be received by us within 30 days in the same condition
it was in when it sold. The item must be returned by registered mail,
and the refund will be made promptly upon receipt.
If you are not satisified with your purchase for any
other reason and would like a refund of the bid price, you must notify
us within 5 days of receipt of the item. The returned item must be received
by us within 30 days in the same condition it was in when it sold, and
must be sent carefully packed and by registered postage at your own cost.
We will refund you the bid price (but not the outgoing or return shipping
costs) promptly upon receipt of the returned item.
FEEDBACK
We always leave positive feedback for our customers upon notification
that they have received the item and are satisfied. Returns will not result
in negative feedback unless they fall outside the conditions set above.
OTHER
We reserve the right to declare this auction void if there is a disruption
to eBay operations during the two hour period prior to auction close.
In such event, all bidders will be notified and the item will be relisted.
