The addressee must report damage of an insured item’s contents to the delivering post office immediately. No coverage is provided for delay, concealed damage, or consequential losses. If your package is damaged, please return the container, wrapping, packing, and any contents that were received to the delivering postal worker or post office. The claim form will be forwarded to the sender.
