Nancy's Vintage Soak

is a definitive whitener for antique linens, laces, quilts and baby clothes.  It removes age spots and yellowing while protecting heirlooms.

• Sodium Perborate, the primary ingredient is mined in Italy.  It comes out of the ground in the pure white state.  Sodium perborate has been used in England and the southern United States for at least 100 years.  It whitens and protects the fibers in fine fabric, especially linen, cotton, wool and silk.  Use Nancy's Vintage Soak on any fabric too precious to bleach.

My Personal Experience

I have found this product to whiten fine antique linens.  It is not meant to be a stain remover, though I have had it get out some stains, but not all.  Using this requires patience.  When I use it, I allow the item to soak 12-24 hours.  Then I start over and put it in a fresh batch for another 12-24 hours.
