Details
Standard Return Policy:
Items covered by our policy must be returned to Trade2save within 30 days of the shipping date for this policy to apply. All items returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless item was faulty when sent out. The Limited 30-Day return policy does NOT apply to Optical Media such as Movies, Games and Music, unless it was damaged when received, condition not as described, or the wrong item.
Media Return Policy:
Exchanges on Media, including movies, games, music or memory will only be given if the item was damaged upon receiving. Money back policy is ONLY guaranteed to media that is unopened. Open item returns are only accepted in exchange for like for like media. Refund on opened media will be at the discretion of Trade2save if return is initiated within 14 days of shipping date and no suitable like for like replacement is located by us within 14 days of us receiving the item. All items returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless item was faulty when sent out.
Cell Phone Return Policy:
Buyer's have 7 days of shipping date to inform us of request of return. Refunds will be only given if a phone is DOA. Non working ESN's are the responsibility of the buyer. The assumption is made that the buyer checked ESN before purchase of the phone. Any other return/refunds will be at the discretion of Trade2save.
Processors (CPUs) Return Policy
- Return for refund within: 7 day
- Return for replacement within: 30 days
CPU's damaged after shipment arrival cannot be returned to Trade2Save.
Improper installation of CPU fans and/or improper clocking may cause CPUs to chip. CPUs that are chipped, burnt or have bent/broken pins are considered physically damaged and cannot be returned for refund or replacement. Physical damage includes (but is not limited to) improper handling and any other type of damage sustained by irregular use.
Trade2save encounters bent pins regularly when inspecting physically damaged CPUs. Forcing a processor into position will not solve an installation problem and will void your trade 2 save return policy. Buyers requesting a refund may have to pay a 15% restocking fee. Trade2save will not cross-ship replacement CPUs.
Memory (Modules, USB) Return Policy
- Return for refund within: 30 days
- Return for replacement within: 90 days
Physically damaged Memory cannot be returned to Trade2save.
Modules that are missing the manufacturer label containing model number and part number cannot be returned to Trade2Save.
Modules that include a manufacturer-applied heat spreader, but have had the heat spreader removed cannot be returned to Trade2Save.
Kit" Modules (which contain 2 or more memory modules packaged together) that are not returned as a complete set cannot be returned to Trade2Save.
USB Drives, Thumb Drives, Flash Memory, or any related product that is returned without the cap or protective casing cannot be returned to Trade2Save.
All items returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
