This is a wonderful Native American sterling Bear Claw belt buckle. It is in very good condition with only some very minor surface scratches from normal wear. The measurements are 3 1/4" wide x 2 1/8" high. There are what looks like two c's or moon slivers which may be the artists mark. It is not marked sterling but has been tested, if you are not happy you may return it. A wonderful addition to any wardrobe or collection. XXX-122
