Products Required for this Cleanse:

Cleanses, disinfects, and moves the bowels. Effective, yet balanced formula. Gets the bowels to move and purge without causing the gripping associated with Casgara Sagrada, Senna or large amounts of Aloe Ferox (Cape Aloe). Does NOT produce rebound constipation. Safe for long term use. Painful gripping is NOT necessary to have bowel movements. People's response to this formula varies quite a bit. You will take what gives you significant bowel movements, without liquification.
· Intestinal Drawing FormulaTM (IDF). Quantity: 1
Draws in poisons from the entire bowel and eliminates them. Also soothes and helps to rebuild the intestinal tract. Does NOT bloat or constipate like Psyllium based shakes, but it has much more toxin absorbing power! Assists the normalization of the bowels. NOT habit forming.

Morning:
• Intestinal Movement - 2-5 VeganCapsTM (before or with a meal). Take more if your bowels do not move at a lower usage.

Important Instructions for all Levels
You do not have to follow any of these sample schedules exactly. Just try to get in all of the herbal feedings and all of the Intestinal Drawing FormulaTM shakes/drinks per day. The most important thing to remember is to wait 1 hour before or after the Intestinal Drawing FormulaTM to take other superfoods/herbs or eat. The Intestinal Drawing Formula will largely absorb whatever you take with it, and will pass it out of you unabsorbed. You want it to absorb toxins, not food, herbs, or superfoods. That is why you should wait an hour.
