A wonderful vintage maritime collectible. A Map reading magnifier made of brass- with a makers plaque as shown reading ‘BROWN BROS SHIPBUILDERS GLASCOW S NO 3598’ As best as I can tell the item is authentic- and unless I hear definitively otherwise I will assert this is a tremendous Maritime collectible and in this condition- deserves its place in a serious collection of Nautical themed antiques and memorabilia.
