It is used and in good condition.
It will be packed carefully for shipping.
PAYMENT:
- Paypal is accepted - the buyer must have a confirmed Paypal shipping address, and the item must ship to the confirmed address only, no exceptions.
- Cashier's check and money order are accepted from all buyers (please include eBay auction # with your payment)
- Personal check and Company check are accepted only from bidders with a feedback rating of 20 or higher and 99% or more positive
- There is a 5-business-day wait time for in-state (CA) checks to clear and 10-business-day wait time for out-of-state checks
- Buyers are given 7 days from winning bid to pay, and payment is expected of all winning bidders
- If no payment is made within 7 days, an unpaid item reminder will be filed with eBay, and the item may be re-listed for sale at seller's option (buyer forfeits the auction win)
SHIPPING:
- Shipping is available to US 50 states and Puerto Rico only.
- International shipping, and shipping to APO/FPO or US territories, is not available.
- Local pickup is not available.
- All items must be shipped using our shipping account, we don't use anyone else's account to ship items.
- Most items are shipped USPS, so PO boxes are fine as a shipping address, and there are no extra charges to AK, HI, or PR.
- Items will normally ship within 2 business days from the date of receipt of payment for your item to ship (but most items will ship the next business day).
- Shipping insurance is optional, and will protect your package in the unlikely event of it being lost or damaged by the carrier (USPS or Fedex)
- Combined shipping: take $3 off shipping for each auction won after the first, if the items are paid for together.
WARRANTY:
- Auction items are guaranteed to arrive working, they come with 7-day DOA warranty.
- 7 days should be adequate time to try out an item - if you want an optional extended warranty (2 years), it's available through SquareTrade.
- 7-day DOA means email us within 7 days of receipt of item if the item isn't working correctly, and we'll replace it once the item is returned.
- If a replacement isn't available, a full refund, including shipping & handling charges, will be given
- Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped, with all included items - returning the item damaged or dismantled will void the warranty
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping
ADDITIONAL AUCTION INFO:
- Only what is shown in the auction photo and mentioned in the listing is included, anything else should be understood to not be included.
- Most auction items are used, so if it doesn't say new, it should be assumed to be used.
- The auction is for the auction item only, no service or tech support is included, but if you have a question feel free to ask and we'll answer as best we can.
- All sales are final, please understand that this is an auction environment, not a retail store, so make sure the item is right for you, before bidding.
FEEDBACK:
- Once the transaction has been completed, as indicated by buyer leaving feedback, feedback will be left for the buyer as well
- Before leaving neutral or negative feedback, please email instead, all issues can be fixed by communicating, we prefer to have satisfied customers

- All communication is by email only, not phone - please use the "Ask seller a question" link in the auction page.
- All reasonable emails will be replied to, please allow 24-48
hours for a response, and check your email filter if you don't see a
reply within 48 hours
- Saturday and Sunday are not business days so no reply should be expected during the weekend.
