The Navtronic Explorer was developed in the year 1983 by Specialized Electronics Corporation (SEC) together with the Navigator. Compared with calculator based Flight Computers like the Jeppesen Sanderson prostar of the same time slot this Explorer gives you much more features and continues the approach of powerful "Navigation only" products started with the Navtronic 1701t or the Heathkit OCW-1401.
