PAYMENT

I accept PAYPAL  ONLY!!! No other forms of payment are accepted at this time.

If this is a Buy It Now auction, please do not use BIN unless you intend to PAY NOW!!

Payment MUST be received within 7 days of auction end. Failure to do so WILL result in an unpaid item dispute being filed 7 days after auctions end (as per ebay rules). Failure to respond to the notice or to make payment within 7 days after this notice is filed will result in a final value fee credit being filed, the item being re-listed and negative feedback left for the non-paying bidder.

SHIPPING

Fixed shipping and handling/packaging charge of $3 in the US, $8 outside the U.S.

Most items are shipped via United States Postal Services (hereafter referred to as USPS). (Some larger items may require shipment via UPS).

Please allow 2-3 business days after your CLEARED payment has been received for item to be taken to the post office or UPS (most items ship within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment, excluding weekends and holidays).

USPS shipping timeframe guidelines*:

USPS Priority Mail – 3-5 business days

USPS First Class Mail – 3-7 business days

USPS Parcel Post – 4-10 days

USPS Media Mail – 4-10 business days

USPS First Class Airmail (outside the US) 4-15 business days (sometimes longer due to customs delays)

*These timeframes are set by the USPS and are an estimate – not a guarantee.

Seller assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged packages.

To better ensure receipt of your item, please confirm the address you have registered with ebay and Paypal is correct.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, including charges resulting from items that are returned due to an incorrect mailing address.

COMMUNICATION

All emails are answered within 24 hours of receipt (usually sooner).

Upon receipt of your cleared Paypal payment, you will receive an email stating payment has been received and when your item will be mailed. If you do not receive any emails, please check your spam blocker software (many emails are being returned as spam) or confirm you have the correct email address registered with ebay and/or paypal (emails have also been returned as undeliverable due to non-existent email address).

FEEDBACK

Feedback, whether positive, neutral or negative, will be left for buyers in a timely fashion.

Most feedback is left in bulk and only after payment is received and the item has been packaged or shipped.

Negative feedback will be left for ALL non-paying bidders.

RETURNS

Unless otherwise stated, all items are sold AS-IS, with no returns or refunds.

Due to the nature of the product – no returns will be accepted on CDs, DVDs, LPs, VHS tapes, cassettes, computer software or other forms of recorded media.

In the event of a refund, only the purchase price will be refunded (not shipping charges).

Return shipping is also the responsibility of the buyer.
