A: This rod is too long for end-pumping. The absorbtion length in 1% doped Nd:YAG is only around 5mm at 808nm. You'd better choose a 3x3x5 or 3x3x10 Nd:YAG or Nd:YVO4 for your experiment. This kind of crystal is... Continue reading

A: We have silica tube for its cooling. inside diamter 4mm, outer diameter 6mm. Length around 55mm (can not remember), and you can mill it for shorter one. It's 10 USD/PC. Tony
