We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment. We charge a shipping fee only to cover the costs of materials and labor. Once we have received cleared payment, your order will be processed and your item will be shipped as soon as possible and usually the following working day. Orders paid by check will be processed as soon as the funds clear our bank or Paypal.  If you do not see a preferable shipping method in our listing, please contact us to discuss your special needs. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional fees. Customers located in Canada can be shipped USPS or UPS. UPS may require a duty fee not associated with our company to deliver ground packages, this fee does not apply to air shipments via UPS into Canada. USPS does not charge a duty fee however they do not offer a tracking number for shipments.

If you wish to purchase more than 1 of the same item or various different items, click 'buy now' for each item but DO NOT pay for them. We will then combine all the items and send you a single invoice with the amended postage discount.

Damaged or faulty items will be replaced, however it is your responsibility to contact us to obtain a return ID number. The customer is responsible for shipping fees on returned items. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost if returned within 7 days. If goods were purchased in error, they must be returned in their original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all purchases made in error.
