All parts are sold "As Is" no refunds, exchanges or returns. If item fails after purchase, it may be sent in to us for possible repair at an additional cost that will be quoted prior to the repair. Because we have such an abundance of products on hand, and no testing facilites, we do not have the capability to test all parts before shipment. However, these products were obtained from full working systems at time of receipt at our location. the failure rate is less than 5%.
