1862, the last page from the Last Will and Testament of William J. Whitney of Unionville in Humboldt County, Nevada Territory, professionally framed and in excellent condition.  Begins with "In the name of God, Amen........."  Very scarce document, as Nevada was a U.S.Territory for only 3 years.

Light water staining across top of ducument, on lined ledger paper, very attractive.  Narrow black and gold wooden frame, document is covered in glass and matted in natural canvas, along with a small label: WILL - 1862 / Nevada Territory. It would make a lovely addition to any office, library or study. Ready to hang. Overall size: 12½" X 17½", with wire across the back for hanging.
