Bidding Information

Customers from Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia should email for approval before bidding.
We can only accept credit cards from United States buyers. International
buyers please use other payment methods.
Payment Information
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal and US Money Order. We do not accept American Express. This is processed through our secure checkout after the auction ends.
If paying with a credit card, the shipping address must match the billing address in order to be accepted.
Payment is expected within 10 days of auction close. If payment is not received within this time period, an unpaid item dispute will be filed with eBay.
7.0% sales tax applies to all items shipped to North Carolina residents.
Shipping Information
We ship Monday through Friday. All payments received by 4:00 p.m. EST will ship the same day if shipped via UPS. Packages via USPS going to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped out same day if payment is received before 12:00 p.m. EST.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes in the lower 48, so please include your physical address to avoid delays in shipping.
The shipping charge covers shipping, handling, and insurance.
International Buyers
All duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Those fees are assessed by your respective government and are in no way controlled by Fleegolf. These fees are not included in the shipping & handling fee paid to Fleegolf upon checking out. In order to obtain information regarding those fees, please contact your local customs office.
We will not lower the value of an item or mark an item as a gift on customs documents.
Canadian Buyers
We ship via UPS Express Saver to Canada. No brokerage fees are assessed by UPS with this service, so you are only obligated to pay duties and taxes, just as you would with USPS.
Checkout Process
After you have won the item, you will be sent a notification to your email address registered with eBay. You can follow the link in the email or you can click on the Checkout link above.
If you plan on purchasing more than one item, please wait until all auctions have ended before checking out. This will enable you to have all items combined into one order and receive the shipping discount for multiple item purchases.
Return Policy
We strive to accurately describe our products and provide enough pictures to fully represent the condition of the clubs. If you feel that the item you purchased was not in the condition described, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to arrange a return. Item must be in the same condition as when received. If you plan on returning the item, please do not use it.
All other sales are final.
