Returns & Exchanges

We have one of the most generous return policy on eBay. You can return your item within 90 days of the purchase, in its original condition with all tags and shoe boxes (if applicable).  A reason for return is appreciated but is optional.  Please contact our service department for the Return Authorization Number and instructions.  We will process full refund less shipping within 7 business days.  If we make a mistake in delivery, we will refund shipping both ways.

Exchange will be honored subject to the availability.  Please follow the same return procedure described above.

Shipping

We will ship within 24 hours of receiving the confirmed payment during weekdays. We will combine shipping at the lower rate upon your request. 

For domestic shipping, we use USPS Priority air service.  We will email the tracking number after we ship.  It usually takes 2~3 business days to get delivered. Rate for this item is posted at the section below, under "Shipping, payment details and return policy"

For international shipping, we use USPS Express International;  USPS Priority International/USPS First Class International Air to ensure faster delivery.  The typical delivery time for Express is 3~5 business days; and for USPS Priority /USPS First Class, 6 ~10 business days.  Please be advised there could be significant delays caused by the Customs clearance at the destination country.  Tracking number is only available for the USPS Global Express.  International bidders should contact us for the shipping rate on specific item.  We charge actual shipping plus only $5 handling fee to cover extra labor; materials and Paypal cross-border fees.

Payment

Payment should be received within 7 days of auction end.  We prefer money order or Bidpay, but will accept Paypal if it is your preferred way of payment. We reserve the rights to ask for certain payment method.
