Items are shipped directly from the manufacture to your door. Most items ship within 1-3 business days of payment via FedEx Ground.  Orders are generally received by our customers between 5 and 10 business days after payment.

We only ship to 48 contiguous states. No international, APOs or PO Box orders.

To request an RMA please email us at support@jplgoods.com Once the item has been returned and verified to be in original condition a refund will be immediately issued to the paying paypal account less shipping & handling charges. You will be responsible for shipping fees to return the item to us.
