We will do everything we can to make your shopping experience pleasant. These are our policies. They are necessarily general in nature and may change without notice. Should a specific item description contradict these policies, the description will override this policy. If you are unsure please contact us before bidding to prevent misunderstandings. General Shipping Requirements Most shipments are shipped the day after payment is received. This is because the carriers we use pick up fairly early in the morning so packages must be available early in the morning. This necessitates packaging the night before. Please Note: We do need a few days off once in a while so we may not be able to keep this schedule during holidays or vacations. If you need an item by a specific date please call in advance so arrangements can be made.
PAYMENTS from Customers in the U.S. and Canada:
K and C Music Products prefers payment through PayPal although we also accept money orders and certified checks and can accept Visa and MasterCard directly. Personal and Company Checks are accepted but must be cleared before shipment will be made. This will take at least 10 business days.

Guitars Marked Used or Second: Some of our guitars are marked used or Second. A guitar may be marked used or second for a variety of reasons, perhaps as minor as being a slightly different color than was ordered by the manufacturer. In a few instances warranty work may have been performed. If so a national guitar service is used who maintains a staff of professional and certified luthiers. Contracts between the manufacturer and the national servicing center may require these instruments to be marked used, thus preventing duplicate or fraudulent warranty claims. A warranty; however is still available from N.E.W. as noted above. See the link above to be directed to the warranty page. The cost of a warranty is quite reasonable.
We make every effort to avoid ALL major defects or manufacturing errors. Every instrument is inspected several times to ensure appropriate descriptions. Please keep in mind that both guitars that are used or second may have very minor imperfections, such as tiny scuff or scratch marks. We attempt to describe these and apologize if we miss the occasional mark. Also note that we do not use stock photos, all guitars listed are the exact guitar that will be shipped.

Email Addresses: Please make sure your email address is good and up-to-date. Every day we have email returned due to changed addresses. We cannot answer questions if you do not use good email addresses.
Feedback: We use a software program to leave feedback. Parameters include timeliness of payment and whether you have left feedback. Our apologies to those who would wish otherwise but we run a number of different auctions, a couple of websites and ship many items daily. Time does not permit manual feedback.

RETURNS/WARRANTY:
At K and C Music, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of service and value. All new guitars have a satisfaction guarantee. We stand behind the products we sell, and we believe that our return policy is the most fair and comprehensive offering that you will find on eBay. All new guitars are, of course, warranted and any defect will be taken care of under that warranty either by us or by the Manufacturer, depending on the Manufacturers policies.
All other guitars may be returned for 2 reasons:
A) The guitar arrived damaged (DOA), or
B), a MAJOR defect was not shown or mentioned. We try to accurately describe the condition and features of all of our instruments but please keep in mind that, on non-new guitars, there may be a small ding or nick that will not show up in pictures. Please inform us of any and all issues within 24 hours of receipt. A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns, returned items are subject to a 10% restocking charge. Items not defective or damaged will be assessed a 20% restocking charge. All refunds are less shipping charges.
