DVD # 1 : Beginning Pilates Mat: Core
Essentials:
The Beginning Pilates Mat workout focuses on
building an understanding of Pilates fundamentals as you identify and strengthen
your inner core. This workout includes a series of carefully selected,
well-balanced exercises that will safely introduce you to the various planes of
Pilates movement. Many of the exercises on this DVD are presented with
modification options, so you can fine-tune the workout for your body type, and
progress at your own speed. Once you have a solid understanding of Beginning
Pilates Mat and have effectively strengthened your core, you will be ready to
move on to Intermediate Pilates Mat.

DVD # 2 :Intermediate Pilates Mat:
Whole-Body Conditioning:
The Intermediate Pilates Mat workout builds upon the
fundamentals detailed in the Beginning Pilates Mat workout, further
strengthening your core and sculpting your body. Many of the exercises on this
DVD are presented with modification options, so you can tailor this workout to
the needs of your body.

DVD # 3 :Basics Yoga: Strength and
Flexibility:
Basics Yoga begins with a simple meditation to calm
your mind and expand your awareness of breath. This is followed by seated
warm-up stretches to begin to open your body and synchronize your breath,
followed by an active phase during which you'll learn the basic poses that serve
as the foundation for all yoga methods, including twists, balancing and flowing
poses. Finally, we'll have you check in with your body as you cool down and
reward yourself with a period of relaxation and contemplation.

DVD # 4 :Power Vinyasa: Whole-Body
Workout:
In this practice you will be guided through a
total-body workout that helps maintain flexibility and suppleness while building
strength and well-being. This class is challenging, but modifications are always
provided to allow for the unique needs of different body types. You will be
guided into a complete flow practice, including Sun Salutations, standing poses,
backbends, core work, twists, meditation, and relaxation. Before beginning this
routine, please be comfortable with the Basics Yoga fundamentals.
