This new model laser engraver (model AIP-E40W2C) is a much improved edition to our popular model AIP-E40W. Among several improvements, the most important one is its new laser control board that directly operates on 110 VAC system for North American market (the old model AIP-E40W operates on 220V system that connects to 110VAC input through a transformer). It comes with a protective shield and fixtures that are more resistant to rough handling during transportation that sometimes damages the machine when shipped to the US. It offers better performance and is less likely damaged by rough handling.
This affordable equipment can engrave on rubber, plastic, acrylic, lamacoids, wood, leather and many other materials that are not very hard. It can also cut these softer materials to certain thickness depending on material. For metal and glass materials, it can engrave on them if they are coated with laser marking material (such as TherMark) or paint. For this item, we offer a flat rateUS$175 to continental US and US$140 to Canada where UPS Ground service is available. For shipping to US, the flat rate does not include any applicable customs fees, duty and tax.
We also strongly recommend you add $10 shipping insurance. If shipping insurance is not purchased, in the event of non-repairable shipping damage, compensation for shipping damage will not cover shipping cost.
For local pickup, $20 handling charge applies.

We accept return on this item within 30 days from the date you receive the package. Buyer must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Code and along with necessary return ship forms (for US customers). The returned item must be in the original box, together with all original accessories and documentation that came with your order, and must be in the same condition as when it was sent. Buyer is responsible for all the costs (including any applicable customs fee, duty and tax) of shipping the return to our facility. Buyer is responsible for any damage or loss of shipment. Refund will be given as money back only for item cost after your return is received. No refund shall be given for shipping and handling charges. Failure to comply with this policy will result in disqualification for refund or applicable fees being deducted from the refund.
For shipping damages, please report any damage (whether extenal or internal) within 2 days upon receiving the package. So please check the machine once you receive it: the outside and inside (especially the controller compartment). If any damage is found, please take photos of the damages as evidence. This will help us to verify the damage and file damage claim with UPS. Please keep the original box even if it is damaged. Upon verification, we will determine whether to send you replacement parts (for repairable damages) or a replacement machine or return for refund. Warranty Policy
