Checkout
After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy-It-Now purchase,
you will
be notified via e-mail that you are the winning bidder. There is no
need to contact us to arrange payment. We will automatically send you
an e-mail within three hours of auction close. Our message will contain
a link to our simple and secure checkout system, where you will be able
to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase.
Store Policy
Bidders with zero feedback will have
their bids removed from our auctions. International buyers
must contact us before
bidding.
No bids from International buyers with less then 3
positive feedbacks
will be accepted.
We will ship to confirmed address only.
Feedback
is an important part of eBay. We leave positive feedback for all successful
auctions AFTER you leave us yours!!! Please ask your questions prior to placing
a bid.
Payment
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, and Discover payments. Payment is expected
within 2 (two) days after the close of auction. Unpaid auctions
wins will be forfeited and Buyer will receive negative feedback, unless
a relisting fee of 5% of the amount of the winning bid is paid within 2
(two) days.
Return Policy
All returns must be pre-approved by
YourDrive. Returned items must be in the original packaging. No
refunds or exchanges will be made after 90 business days of
delivery, and buyer must contact seller within 90 days of delivery to discuss the issue. For defective products
return or replacement, buyers must contact seller within 90 days of receipt for RMA# (return #). All products found not defective upon inspection will be
subject to a 15% restocking fee if buyer wants a refund. All return
items that have been opened, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. For exchange due to buying a wrong
product, buyer needs to pay two-way shipping fee. Shipping fee is not
refundable without any exceptions.
Shipping
Seller will normally ship out the item the next day after the
payment is made and verified.
We ship USPS or UPS.
The difference between our listed Shipping and Handling Cost and the Actual ship cost is considered to be our Handling Fee.
This shipping and handling fee is a
fixed fee and can not be changed. As always, if you have any questions, please
contact us prior to bidding.
International
Buyers – Please Note:

duties, taxes and charges are not included
in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the
buyer's responsibility.

check with your country's customs office to determine what these
additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

charges are normally collected by the delivering freight
(shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse
them for additional shipping charges.
