Please note that while we monitor our inbox regularly and do our best to answer questions in a timely manner, we receive an abundance of emails every day.  We do our best to have an answer returned to you inside of 24 hours.  Being we carry a variety of different products and our inventory is ever changing, we cannot know our entire product line in-depth.  A quick search on the manufacturer’s website may yield a quicker, better answer.  We are happy to attempt to answer all questions.

Operating Hours

Please also note that our general operating hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.  We cannot guarantee a response anytime over the weekend. 

Shipping

                Orders will typically ship one day after purchase, and unless there is a problem with the transaction, your item should never take longer than two days to process and ship.  We typically ship via USPS for your items.  Most items will be sent priority (2-3 day).  Media (Books, DVDs, Games) will almost always be sent Media Mail unless it is a bulk order.  Any item under 13 ounces will generally be sent first class (2-5 Day).  If you are wishing to have your items shipped via a different method, the option is available.  Please inform us at or before time of purchase to modify your invoice.  We ship to PAYPAL confirmed addresses only.  This is for both yours and our protection.  Please make sure your address is updated.

Insurance

                Ebay is attempting to require all sellers to be responsible for the goods until they arrive at your door.  Due to this we must compensate for the added cost of insurance in your shipping purchase., which will in turn increase the shipping price in an amount based upon the purchase price of the item.  ALL ITEMS WILL SHIP INSURED TO YOU.

Tracking Numbers

                You will receive a delivery confirmation number at your PAYPAL registered email address when your item has been processed for shipment.  USPS delivery confirmation numbers only show tracking information for Priority Mail shipments.  All other shipments will post delivery date only.  It is not unusual for USPS to fail to update any information at all, and to have the results state “the item has been processed for shipment” or “Shipment information has been received.”  If you do not receive a tracking number after two days time, please contact us and we will find out why.
