Once the claim process is complete, a replacement item will be sent to the customer.

Defective items- if you feel that the item you received is defective (not due to shipping) please contact us immediately. We will go through the process of a return authorization. The item will then be shipped back to the manufacturer for inspection. If the item is deemed defective, a replacement will be shipped direct from the Manufacturer. If the item is not deemed defective and works properly, a refund will be issued less all shipping charges incurred by SPA.
