62% Polyester, 33% Rayon, 5% Spandex. This dress retails for $34. So I am sure you will go home with it at a bargain price! The bust is approx 32"- 34". The waist is approx. 30" and the length of the skirt (from waist to bottom) is approx. 23". Shoulder to shoulder measures: approx. 15". There are three cloth covered button in the front, and attached to the tag is a spare, should you ever need it! The neckline and cap sleeves are accented with a small ruffle. There is a strap that can be tied in the back for a cute bow and a way to show off the cute waistline! There are no rips or tears or stains. Check out my other listings, have loads in similar sizes.
