offers VERY LOW rate insurance at only $1 per item.
Insurance guarantees that we will warranty your full
purchase if it's lost during transit with absolutely
no hassle to you. We encourage all customers to purchase
insurance as it's a low cost protection for your investment.
In the case that your package does not arrive and
you purchased insurance, we complete all the paperwork
on the buyers behalf and deal with the shipping carrier
after we have already refunded you. Therefore, you
the customer don't need to get involved and will have
your funds refunded. This is a small price to pay
for a large piece of mind.
If
insurance is not purchased, the buyer is responsible
for contacting the shipping carrier and investigating
any claims they may want to complete. Bluepresent
does not get involved in any lost packages and insurance
claims if the buyer declines our low cost $1 insurance
option.

can feel secure in knowing the we guarantee our workmanship
because we do the work ourselves, we do not send our
products out to be engraved, all engraving is done
in-house by our professional staff with over 14 years
experience. We
can accommodate large quantity orders. If we don't
have it in stock, we can usually get it within a couple
days.
FREE Unlimited Personalization! Our experienced and professional staff does all our engraving in-house which allows us at bluepresent to offer unlimited free engraving on select products. The Free Engraving is limited to one side (the side in the picture) of the engraved product and limited to what will fit on the engraved item. If possible, we can engrave on a additional side of the engraved item for an additional fee of $5. The additional engraving also includes unlimited engraving and is limited to what will fit on the engraved item.

Please specify if your text is a message, name, initials
or monogram. Please feel free to specify
area location in which you would like to have the
engraving, otherwise we will engrave an item that
we deem the best area to engrave your text information.

first name, middle name and last name. We
will place the letters in the correct order
for you. When engraved, the last name
initial will be larger and in the center.

news, each additional item purchased qualifies for
our low combined shipping discount rate. Prices are
listed in the above chart. Please notify us when your
done shopping and we will revise your invoice to reflect
the discount.

return policy
We
are proud to offer returns for store credit on Buy
It Now items, excluding personalized items and jewelry.
Please note that we are not responsible for items
that do not fit nor the color/shade of the item. Buyer
will receive a store credit for the original purchase
price not including original shipping. Buyer is responsible
for all return shipping costs.
Returns
will only be accepted with a Gift Return number. Please
emails us to request a GR#. We will email you back
with a GR# and shipping instructions. All items returned
must be in unused, new condition as we sent them out.
All tags, pamphlets, etc.. must be intact. Returns
must be back to us within 45 days so please contact
us in plenty of time to allow transit time to ship
the item back to us within the return period.
