Return/exchange policy:

• 14 -day return for exchange or refund (if exact replacement is not available for exchange).  Handling and Shipping fees are not refundable.

Combined Shipping Discount

To be eligible for combined shipping discount you must pay for items you want to combine in one payment .

Q:   Where to send money orders/personal checks?

A:   Please, use eBay checkout (click at 'Pay Now' at the top of this page).  When going through checkout, you will see and address for mailing payment as well as payment instructions.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after payment was made?

A: If you pay through PayPal, you order will be shipped to the address provided in your PayPal payment as your shipping address and no adjustments will be accepted after the payment is completed.  If you send payment by mail, you order will be shipped to an address provided in your eBay profile.  Please, make sure that you have your address updated in PayPal and eBay before you go through checkout process!

Q:   How do I know whether my item has been shipped?

A:   You will receive an email notification.  Usually, an item is shipped within 3 business days (4 business days for international shipping) after a payment is received and cleared.

Q:   How long does delivery takes?

Q:   Is there package tracking information available?

A:   All domestic packages are shipped with delivery confirmation.  Since it does not allow tracking a status of the package that is en-route, but shows only USPS acceptance of the package and delivery time, you should contact the seller for delivery confirmation number only if you have not received your package in 7 business days after it was shipped.

All international packages are shipped without delivery confirmation. Packages with 5 or more items will be insured if insurance for shipping to your country is available.

Q:   Is it possible to substitute the watch that I won with a different one that I like more?

A:   Unfortunatelly, this option is not offered.  You will receive the watch that you won.

Q:   Is there a return policy?

A:   If your item received defective/damaged, you have 14 days to return it back to the seller.  Please, include a note with an item number and a reasond for return.  On your request, a defective/damaged item will be either replaced with a new one (only the same model), or refund of its price will be issued (S&H is not refundable).  Since we sell only brand new items, returned items with signs of usage will not be accepted.
