• Domestic shipping prices are for the lower 48 states.Others including APO must choose the priority shipping option.
  
• Free shipping or standard shipping takes anywhere from 7 to 21 business days depending on the post office speed or delays.
• Priority shipping should take 3 to 5 days, but note that post office delays are out of our control.

• On average a package usually takes about 15 days, but sometimes it may take up to 12 weeks due to the customs delay even though we ship all packages via Air Mail.
• Buyer is responsible for any local taxes or customs charges. We mark the cds as educational material. Most countries do not charge any taxes or customs on educational material. But if they do, it is the buyer's responsibility.
• If the package was not received, you need to be cooperative and patient. Postal regulations here do not consider an international package lost until it's passed 45 days from the day of shipment. So please be patient with us and communicate with us directly.
